Finally grabbed some time to get Birdee out for some shallow water Bassin’. She loves to flip and is even more impressed with the new Crucial/Curado combos now that she has played with them a bit instead of looking at them on the rod rack.
We hit a local lake that abounds with loads of flippin’ type water.
Today we worked with Revenge Flippin jigs tipped with NetBait Paca Craws as well as our standby Title Shot jig and Big Sweet Beaver.
We played for about 5 hours and landed 27 Largemouth, all real shallow. Loads of fun!
Birdee stuck the first good one in a dark shaded hole behind a overhanging tree.
Not to be outdone I laid into one that was hiding out under a floating mat.
It was a great day on the water with my favorite fishin’ partner!
