While I’ve been super busy with wedding arrangements, work and a few guided trips I’ve been able to sneak away for a couple days of fun fishing.
Had Phil aboard the Lund one day to pre-fish for one of his tournaments. He hadn’t fished the lake for Bass at all so I showed him a few spots I like to play on. We hit em pretty good that day!
Phil had the best of the day.

I’ve since learned that Phil finished 3rd in his tournament! Cool.
I also trailered the Lund over to Quebec one day. Joining Craig we worked a pile of different water. From ultra-shallow to deep milfoil, we did it all.
I even threw a frog for a bit. Best frog bite I’ve experienced in awhile!
Big numbers this day fish wise, Craig posed with our two best at days end as the sun set. Super fun day on a new to me lake.
The Largie bite will only get better as Fall starts to appear!
