With a few hours to kill this afternoon I decided to hit a small local lake to see if the crappie came alive at dusk. Though the bite came later than the norm they were aggressive when they presented themselves on the Vexilar. Tiny jigs tipped with maggots again fooled them topside. It was a great night to be out, temps well above freezing. Gotta love staying out until dark in only a hoodie!
