A call came in late July from a fella looking to book a guided trip. He said he wanted to treat the guys from his wedding party to a day on the water. The conversation went like this:
RJ: “When are you getting married?
Corey: ” Umm, today.”
RJ: “You’re calling me on your wedding day to book a fishing trip?”
Corey: “Yup! Let’s hammer out a date.”
So we did. We slid out on the lake in search of Lake Trout. None of them had ever caught a trout before so hopes were high.
The two “Coreys” and Dan were great in the boat, always wanting to learn and very attentive. They got the hang of it real quick.
The boys were treated to a banner day jigging Lakers!
Dan took big fish of the day honors with this beauty.
Everyone got in on the hot action!
